I loved the spacious rooms with hard-surface floors, making it easy for me to navigate with my walker. The helpful staff made my stay much more enjoyable, always ensuring I had everything I needed.

The non-existent drop box for late check-in caused significant inconvenience!!! Construction noise disrupted sleep during the day!!! Improve customer service responsiveness in emergency situations, especially for locked-out guests in need!!!

The room was super spacious and honestly pristine! I was impressed by how quiet it was. Plus, the staff were quick to help with maintenance, fixing a minor issue in less than 10 minutes!

Arriving at the hotel, I encountered key card issues multiple times. The heating system was dysfunctional during my stay, leaving me cold at night while battling a rattling door in subzero temperatures. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a distinct wet and moldy smell and dirty floors. I also noticed a lack of basic amenities like a trash can and microwave, which made managing food for my family particularly challenging. The shower didn’t come with curtains, leading to a flooded bathroom, and I spotted some pests around the room, which didn’t help the overall ambiance.

the location of the studio was great, close to restaurants and gas stations. my room was pretty good with nice amenities. Big shoutout to the security person. he was super helpful in getting me a shower curtain when I needed it.
